Hey!!! Thats a beautiful Beardie you have there!!! His vivarium looks a little small tho.. What are the dimensions on it? Adult beardies require atleast 6 square feet of floor space.. I have my baby in a 4'x 2'x 2' viv... I was also wondering what you are using for a substrate? Please dont take this the wrong way.. I just want your big beauty to live as long and healthy as you. Also if youve never been you should check out the Beardie Forums at: http://www.beardeddragon.org/bjive/index.php and http://bearded-dragons.com/boards/index.php Once again i loved your beardie :D and ill be bookmarking your blog page to check back often on the big guy~!! Thank you!!! Jason.
Thanks Jason, Glad you like Zilla. When we first brought him home we let him live in a 10 gallon tank, but after a few months we got him a 75 gallon tank. His new tank is 4x1.5x1.5, and he has some decor to climb on. Thanks for the tips and concern; Godzilla surely appreciates it. PS- Jen may have a response too.
I cannot believe how big!!! he is!!! The dish was a great way to illustrate his growth. He's beautiful. Can't wait to meet him and Spike, too, but don't know about touching them. Scary.
wow. exactly how long is he? i just got my baby beardie three weeks ago. and he's about six inches long including his tail. and everything ive read tells me that he'll be about a food in a year, but yours looked a lot bigger. anyways i like your little blog here. your animals are adorable :)
This is a site of our animal acquaintances and animal friends. Spike, Godzilla, Ferra, Clerra, Betty, and the Tankers live with us; the others we just visit.
